A built-in communication system proactively alerting users when campaigns are about to end.

## Context

Users often found out too late that a campaign was ending — sometimes after it had already stopped, with no advance signal. That lack of proactive communication could mean campaigns cut short without warning, or budgets not renewed in time.

## Process

The challenge was defining when and how to alert users without tipping into over-notification. That meant identifying which events were genuinely critical (a campaign about to end, a budget nearly exhausted) and separating them from secondary information, so each notification kept its value as a signal worth acting on.

## Solution

We built a notification system directly into the product, triggered by specific thresholds (e.g. a campaign nearing its end date), rather than a generic email blast. Each notification points straight to the action needed — renew, adjust, or close the campaign in question.

## Results

Fewer campaigns expiring without warning, and clients back in control of their campaigns before an issue affects delivery.
